Romanian Pediatric Surgeons Association is a professional, nonprofit organization. Its main objectives are to establish high clinical standards in Pediatric Surgery and to contribute to the development of pediatric surgery in Romania.

Pediatric surgeons can join the society as active members. Pediatric surgery residents or other specialties doctors can join the society as associate members.

The association was founded in 2008 and the main location was set in Brasov. The first elected executive board was set at the National Conference from Bacau in April 2009.
